Erzhorn Conference Hall
The conference hall is the largest hall in the Sports and Conference Centre and seats up to 380 persons with theatre-style seating. The room is perfect for general meetings, concerts, as well as banquets and special events. The Erzhorn hall includes the vestibules, catering area and the foyer. The foyer is ideal for registrations, refreshments or buffet lunches.

Seminar rooms
In addition to the large conference hall, there are seven seminar rooms with individual seating configurations. Two rooms can be connected so that, with seminar seating, a seminar can be held for 30 participants. The rooms can also be booked individually.
Arosa Lounge & Champions Lounge
Our beautiful Sports and Conference Centre also includes two magnificent lounges which can be connected to make one larger lounge. Hold your next training course or event in one of the lounges which offer fantastic views of the centre of the ice rink in the stadium.

The ice rink is not just for hockey games or curling tournaments. The ice surface can be covered and transformed into an event hall for banquets for up to 550 persons or events with theatre seating for up to 1800 persons. It is also possible to construct a marquee on the ice (25 x 10 metres) as a location for catering or for exhibitions. Be inspired by Arosa’s versatility!
Capacities and Hire Charges
In addition to the seminar facilities available in the Arosa hotels, the Sports and Conference Centre also has capacity for around 2,000 persons in an area of 2,500m². Ten different rooms, all with natural light, offer suitable spaces for small to medium-sized conferences, meetings, banquets as well as sporting and cultural events.

Rental price reductions
- Set-up and dismantling days: 50% off the hire price of the 1st day
- Half-day hire: 30% on the hire price of the 1st day (up to max. 4 hours room utilisation)

Catering
All rooms can be booked with or without catering. We will be happy to organise the desired type of catering and engage a local catering partner for your event.
Simple drinks packages are offered as follows. The price is per person.
Water package (Arosa spring water in carafes in the room)
